When will I receive my welcome gift? Your gift is custom-made and will normally be in the mail (if you provided your mailing address) within a week of your membership confirmation.
How do I meet the other members? Once you complete your member profile, with photo, you may view all members in the Directory and “friend” “like” or “follow” up to 10 members each day.
Can I promote my events to the Community? Yes, there is a public calendar feature where members can promote their events.
Is there an additional fee to take courses in the Library? You may access the on-demand training at your convenience at no cost as often as you like.
How do I upgrade my membership? You may upgrade from Charter Member to Lifetime Member at any time, from within your profile dashboard simply by paying the dues for that level. Charter Memberships renew annually. Societe di V.I.P. memberships are invitation-only upon completion of certain prerequisites.
